Hi everyone, I just wanted to send out a reminder that our next pizza and praise event will be next Sunday March 7th from 7-8:30pm at Porchtown UMC. I hope that you all can make it and bring your youth along with you. We would also love any volunteers willing to help and participate. Let me know if you feel led to speak, lead worship or be behind the scenes. Please keep this ministry in your prayers as we truly believe this is a much needed thing in the lives of teenagers in our surrounding area. May God continue to bless you all.

HANG TIME @ PORCH

Youth meet during Wednesday Family Nights and at Pizza & Praise Sunday Nights. Click church calendar link above for details.

YOUTH BIBLE STUDY

Family Nights start at 5:30 p.m. Wednesdays in the Social Hall with potluck supper and then we break into age-appropriate Bible Studies including a Youth Bible Study with leader Joe Pantelione in the Youth Room upstairs in the church. Everyone is invited.

ROLLER SKATING

Family Skate Night is held at Franklin Skating Center on Delsea Drive in Franklinville. Skate times are 6:30-8:30 p.m. Bring your friends! Admission is $5 / skates $1. Upcoming Skate Nights in 2010: March 23 & April 27.

THE HANGER

The Hanger is a Youth Community Center at nearby Elmer United Methodist Church off Route 40 at Main Street. We meet at The Hanger for fun and games.

BONFIRE PARTY

Come enjoy a bonfire and fun games on the church grounds.

Youth Hang Time @ the Porch

Pizza and praise is a brand new worship experience for Sr. High and young adults like no other. Combining high energy worship with a message that is relevant and engaging to their lives, it is our hope that teenagers and young adults will plug in and get excited about God and His word.

Our goal is to provide a church service that teenagers and young adults want to come to and be a part of. We would love for you to join us and other groups as we enjoy pizza and a great night of worship and ministry. So come on out and don’t forget to bring a friend.

Our next Pizza & Praise Worship Service is set for 7 p.m. Sunday January 10, 2010!

We have three weekly church services available for our youth. Saturday night is our casual and contemporary service starting at 6 PM.

We also have two services on Sunday morning. 8:30 AM is our Sunday School and family worship service. Our 10 AM service is more traditional and also a family affair. All services last around one hour. 

Our Youth also enjoy leading our 10 a.m. church services whenever a month has a 5th Sunday. See a Youth Leader if you would like to volunteer.
